Covered entities and Business Associates (BA) are required to have Business Associate Agreement contracts in place effective February 17, 2010.  Chiropractic practices are considered covered entities.

WHAT THIS EBOOK CONTAINS

A copy of my Sample Business Associate Agreement that I use with my clients, updated for the recent HITECH Act changes (2009).  If your BA Agreement is older than that, it’s likely invalid due to the fact that it doesn’t have the latest changes.
