Please note a few things first:
1) The phone is the worst way to contact me. Because I frequently travel for seminars, speaking engagements and client visits, all my calls are scheduled beforehand. Typically, you are busy seeing patients as well, so a return phone call to you often doesn’t work with your schedule either. Therefore, phones are never answered live. The best way to contact anyone here at Strategic Chiropractor is email.
2) Please realize we often get more than 1,000 e-mails per week. This means that someone reads everything that comes in, but the number of inquiries sometimes prevents personal response (by me or my assistants). My consulting clients take first priority because they pay the bills! After that, I do occasionally answer emails. But the more convoluted or personal the request, the less likely that it will be answered. (Essentially some of you are asking for me to consult with you for free; sorry, that’s what the blog, my articles and other resources are for.) Thank you for your understanding.
3) Endorsements, Advertising Inquiries or Business Opportunities are all reviewed by my assistants to see if they are a good fit for The Strategic Chiropractor and/or our clients. My assistants are instructed to avoid the phone like the plague as well, so please put your request or proposal in writing. Do not call or email a request to schedule a phone time to chat about “a significant business opportunity.”
4) The Best Way to Get Ignored is to leave an archaic voicemail (“Call me, I have a question), propose a complex individual problem that would take hours to discuss a solution (i.e. ask for me to consult with you for free) or launch a broad-based query that is the subject of entire seminars ( e.g. “How do I document medical necessity?” or “How do I become compliant in Medicare?”). These are impossible to form an email response and will likely be deep-sixed.
